• Reselling MMI reports or analyst output without a written reseller agreement

04 Intellectual Property

Ownership of platform technology and your data rights. MMI retains all IP in the platform, methodology, and proprietary models; subscribers retain ownership of submitted data and brand inputs.

06 Governing Law

Which jurisdiction applies.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Quezon City unless the parties agree to arbitration.
